Global Care 1 is a Danish company that is a world leader in the healthcare industry. The company has the broadest healthcare product portfolio in the industry, including the most advanced products within the area of hormone systems. According to Global Care reports from September 2015, the firm had more than 40,300 full-time employees in 75 countries and marketed its products in 180 countries. The company’s internationalisation strategy is intended to expand its market to Latin America and other emerging economies. In 2004, Global Care established a commercialisation and distribution site in Mexico for its pharmaceutical products, which employed 180 full-time employees in September 2015.
