ABSTRACT

Innovative work behaviour is found to increase individual job performance and ensure effective organizational processes (Janssen 2000; Yuan and Woodman 2010). Organizational performance is positively affected by the innovative work behaviour of employees (Baer et al. 2003; Janssen 2001). Scholars agree that innovative work behaviour concerns a voluntary willingness by employees to perform on-the-job innovation (Dorenbosch et al. 2005).
