ABSTRACT
This Overview is based upon responses to questionnaires sent to the participants in the Modeling Workshop, on the discussion at the workshop for which a verbatim record was kept, and on points raised in the workshop papers. It is divided into three major sections. The first section discusses the relationship of models to decisions.
