ABSTRACT
The objective of this paper is to review recent progress in Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) as applied in international development and cooperation. This is done primarily through the work of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) Development Assistance Committee’s (DAC) Task Team on SEA.
