ABSTRACT
This study examines the interrelationship between globalization, industrialization and
labor market regime using the case study of Indonesian manufacturing for the period
19902009. It attempts to collect some basic facts concerning the question of how the change in labor market regime, from flexible to rigid, may have affected industrial and/or
labor market performance.
