ABSTRACT
The St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank has produced interesting and active resources on its Econ Lowdown website that are used in hundreds of K-12 classrooms. Econ Lowdown is the St. Louis Fed’s collection of online resources for teaching economics and personal finance. The collection includes videos, podcasts, online courses, interactive whiteboards, and lessons. In addition, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, producer of Econ Lowdown, houses three other educational resources that support the study of economics and personal finance, as well as history, contemporary issues, geography and math: FRASER®, FRED®, and GeoFRED®.
