ABSTRACT
Freedom is a necessary requirement of human life; without freedom, there would be no value in living. Constitutional freedom is a necessary requirement for the citizens life in a constitutional state. Without constitutional freedom, life would have no value for the citizens of a constitutional state. In an imperial era, a constitution will definitely not be allowed to develop, while in a constitutional era, emperors will certainly not be allowed to exist. In China, with its most ancient history, the power of various kinds of authorities and impositions that have accumulated over the centuries in the thoughts of citizens is extremely strong. Hence if we want to fully realize our citizens' freedom, we must not limit ourselves to using our currently existing freedom to protect the constitution; we should instead exhaust the maximum possible freedom in order to seek constitutional protection of the origin.
