ABSTRACT
The theory of natural rights demolishes the doctrine of the sovereign divine right. According to this theory, humans are born free and equal. The purpose of the current Chinese Revolution is not to realize natural rights. The abolition of political inequality and the realization of politics by the entire people are naturally the ends of the principle of people rights, but ends are inseparable from means and ends without means and theories without methods are empty. The principle of people rights has its ideal as well as its method. People rights in this Republic shall be enjoyed only by citizens of the Republic. These rights shall not be granted to those who oppose the Republic, so that they cannot make use of the rights to sabotage the Republic. Temporary inequality is the means to realize true political equality. The theory of natural rights was enough to promote revolution during the time of the French Revolution.
