ABSTRACT

The common people have lost their freedom. In these conditions, oppression and exploitation, using the viewpoint of the New Culture Movement, Hu Shi and others have raised some questions and lodged some protests against the current ruling class. The spread of this movement has enriched the contents of the New Culture Movement and given it a close relationship to politics so the participants in the New Culture Movement have become participants in a human rights movement. To demand freedom of thought and speech is a kind of struggle, but the opponent in this struggle is belongs to traditions of the old culture, but the political organizations that protect them. The relationship of human rights to law is much the same as their relationship to the state. Laws do not arise from human rights, but rather from relationships in a specific society. Laws do not protect human rights, but rather ensure the class privileges of the capitalists.
