ABSTRACT
Reiko's mother died instantly by the atomic bomb together with two little children who were Reiko's younger brothers. After finishing the funeral of the three, Reiko's father became ill with the atomic bomb disease and died in the house where the author of this story was taking shelter. Since she was unhealthy herself and also poor, days went by even though she often recalled this and thought of Reiko. One day Reiko's relative with whom she was staying came over. After going this way and that many times, she was finally able to arrange a meeting between Reiko and the young man.
