ABSTRACT
President Barack Obama has departed from reality with respect to the two decisive crises of his administration, unemployment at home and Afghanistan abroad. He now has the audacity of patience with unemployment and the fierce urgency of sometime later. He pleasantly assures us that the economy is on the mend. Un employment will eventually be reduced. Possibly it will go down to 8 percent in the next few years.
