ABSTRACT
Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited completed the Report on Hydropower Planning for the Main Stream (from Kala to Jiangkou) of the Yalong River in Sichuan Province in October 1992. Sichuan Planning Commission and Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Administration of the Ministry of Electric Power held an intermediate review meeting from February 29 to March 1, 1996, and experts and representatives from the following organizations attended the meeting: Department of Energy Business of State Development & Investment Corporation, Sichuan Construction Commission, State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company and Sichuan Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd., Ertan Hydropower Development Company Ltd. (now known as Yalong River Hydropower Development Company, Ltd.), and Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited. The minutes of main review comments are as follows:
