ABSTRACT
Philippe (“Φ”) is an artist and a researcher both doing and reflecting on artistic interventions in organizations, and Pierre (“Π”) is a business researcher fascinated with exploring the role of art and artists in the study of business organizations. Let each of them tell what they do and find out how the two perspectives might interact. This seemed an easy piece, given that both Pierre (Π) and Philippe (Φ) had a fifteen-year history of common interaction. So writing this up seemed such a simple, straightforward thing to do!
