ABSTRACT
Creating sustainable management and organization development in Africa requires a holistic approach. The continent’s sociopolitical and economic infrastructure requires a systematic review and planning. This chapter will explain what Africa has achieved through African efforts and international institutions in moving forward. Simultaneously, the chapter will explain the challenges in and a framework for building organizational capabilities to serve Africa.
