For the last twenty years, Mikyoung Kim Design has crafted an exceptional body of work, spanning a wide range of landscapes in the United States, East Asia and the Middle East. The firm is known for their culturally significant work that serves as a powerful tool to heal and enliven the public realm. While addressing pressing environmental issues, Mikyoung strives to celebrate the beauty of the collective human experience through the use of contemporary materials and technologies. Innovation is in the process of developing design ideas. Mikyoung Kim believes that creativity should be a difficult process and one that reveals the soul of the idea.
