ABSTRACT
In this chapter I will reflect upon the ways that John Shotter conceives of feeling, the resources upon which he draws for these conceptions, and the parts that notions of feeling play in his overall theoretical scheme. I begin by proposing three reasons why feeling is an appropriate focal point to seize upon in relation to Shotter’s work.
