ABSTRACT
When I was younger I used to play the truth game . . . The object of the game is simple: I have to explain to an imaginary black-robed square (His Honor) how Officer William A. Morgan knows that those men are committing a criminal act. If the judge finds that I didn’t have sufficient probable cause to stop, detain, and search my man, then I lose the game. Illegal search and seizure—case dismissed.
