Groninger Society of Planners Ekistics is a Dutch association of urban planners that studied or are studying planning at the University of Groningen. "Dutch planners do live in what others are inclined to see as a planners' paradise", because strategic planning seems to work, in practice, and the Netherlands appears to be a well-planned place.
