ABSTRACT
In many places around the world, such as Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States, housing developers provide floor and wall coverings, window frames, cupboards, and electrical fittings as standard equipment and fittings. In some cases, real estate developers also provide heated floors and wine storage for homebuyers, i.e. the fittings are tied in together with the housing units no matter whether the homebuyers like it or not. In any case, however, such arrangements provide a level of convenience to homebuyers if they do not have a special preference on the design of fittings. Some advertisements even suggest that homebuyers can simply carry their luggage to move in.
