ABSTRACT
This is my testimony and story of leadership and growing up a Native American woman. The message I want to send to Native American youth is that the only thing holding you back from great things is yourself. It is not other people, tribes, the government, money, etc. It’s you . It is your devotion, your acceptance, your ambition to achieve, and your belief in yourself that will take you beyond what you think is possible. Take opportunities as they come, embrace the chances you see, try new things, and get out there in this world of ours .
