ABSTRACT
Housing system reform has been one of the most important components of reform and opening-up, and has had a profound impact on urban housing. Housing brings the greatest changes to people’s lives, has a close relationship with economic and social development and has always been a research focus in China, and internationally, particularly with regard to the reform policy and its impact, and housing security.
