ABSTRACT

China has made striking progress on its way to become the world's largest economy. In analyzing Chinas economy, people are focusing on an economic analysis of the venous industry that is important aspect of circular economy and includes disposal of waste, recycling and urban mines. Economic development brings with it the development of a venous industry, with such areas as waste disposal and recycling. It was then that the national old-for-new Home Appliances Replacement Scheme (HARS) policies for home appliances appeared, their aim being to promote the replacement of older home appliances in urban areas, and the recycling of those older appliances. Regulations on the Management of the Recovery and Treatment of WEEE (WEEER) were series of policies to promote resource circulation that was discussed long before HARS. In addition, the fiscal system adopted a completely different method than HARS, focusing on extended producer responsibility and expenditures for the disposal of old appliances by the appliance manufacturers.
