ABSTRACT

The EEG offers a wide range of neurological biomarkers for different neurobehavioral disorders. For each disorder to be electroencephalographically diagnosed, its qualitative dimension, represented by its raw EEG signature, and its quantitative dimension, represented by the identified neurological dysregulations observed either on the QEEG, the LORETA z-scored analysis, or both, have to be simultaneously present, therefore turning the electroencephalographic activity into an actual, effective diagnostic tool.
