ABSTRACT
The San Francisco Peace Treaty (SFPT) was a treaty which closed the Japanese Fifty Year's War. The New Asian Wars and the Cold War were not ended with peace treaties. The New Asian Wars developed side by side with Japanese peace under the US occupation. Three treaties of 1956, 1960, and 1965 were additional structures to the San Francisco System, tackling the more difficult phase of the New Asian Wars. From the Sino-Japanese War to Japan's defeat in 1945, an expansive Japan was at war, often aggressive war, for fifty years. The ROK-US forces were crushed, retreating southward in equal despair. From this moment the Korean War transformed itself into a Sino-American War on the Korean Peninsula. After Stalin's death, Soviet leaders approved the armistice of the Korean War and sought peaceful coexistence with the capitalist world. The Vietnam War ended with the fall of Saigon and the defeat of the United States in April 1975.
