Rosemary Arrojo is Professor of Translation Studies at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, in São Paulo, Brazil. Her current research interests revolve around the ways in which translators have been treated in theoretical approaches, in pedagogical proposals, as well as in fiction. She has widely published in Portuguese and in the last few years some of her work has also appeared in English and in German.
