ABSTRACT
Construction is only a portion of economic activity associated with RE. RE activities constitute an important part of the RE sector. In the extremely dynamic circumstances of the RE market brought about by economic and financial crisis, greater attention should be paid to the relationship not only between construction and economic development, but also between construction, economic activity, and economic development.
