ABSTRACT

This chapter examines the way corporate strategy structures a dynamic management innovation model, and presents a framework for growing and developing new business ecosystems in dynamic environments. Dynamic strategic management is both adaptation to changing environments, or creating new environments by applying appropriate strategies for the future, while tailoring all business factors of the management innovation model and optimizing the whole as a corporate system. The chapter theoretically clarifies the requisites for creating diverse business ecosystems, including the health support ecosystems. The achievement of the new business ecosystems through convergence using ICT is the result of collaborative innovation among stakeholders, and the markets grow under the business co-evolution model with smartphones. The chapter shows how and why thought and action through the dialectic view of stakeholders drive the co-evolution process through collaborative innovation. The dynamic formation of innovation communities as business networks built around leader and major follower companies lies at the core of the formation of business ecosystems.
