The following is a presentation of some of the individual demonstration projects in the Concerto area in Valby and Copenhagen.

Two large 13,149 m2 old industrial buildings have been renovated in connection with the EU Concerto project. One building was finished in September 2011 and the other in December 2011. The project includes extensive use of green roofs and use of a heat pump connected to air conditioning.
