ABSTRACT
Although the majority of workplace violence is not committed by workers themselves, the focus today is on the disgruntled worker and how to recognize and manage him or her. Since only 4% to 6% of violent workplace incidents occur between coworkers, this concern seems somewhat unwarranted and inappropriately directed. Nonetheless, in this chapter we will address this aspect of the workplace violence scenario.
