ABSTRACT

This workshop was a case study on the use of MARC fields to record access and licensing data for electronic resources at Auburn University. The presentation touched on Auburn's overall philosophy toward electronic resources, the factors that motivated development of their current approach to electronic resource management, and an assessment of the project to date. Although the project was implemented quite recently and is not yet fully comprehensive, it is regarded as a success and will undergo further development.
