ABSTRACT
Madeleine Bombeld, Access Services Librarian, and Lynn Shay, Serials Coordinator, described the procedures and benefits of implementing a table of contents delivery service at the William Madison Randall Library at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. The TOC delivery service underwent a rethinking after a major budget cut at UNCW. The impact of the budget cut on the TOC delivery service and resulting reorganization of positions and workflow were also discussed.
