ABSTRACT

The practices and principles of good project management are applicable to projects in all types of institutions. Project managers need to be able to manage change, calculate risks, and, perhaps most importantly, facilitate communication among project stakeholders. There are a variety of techniques that project managers can use to make their projects successful.
