ABSTRACT
Library literature in the last few years has begun to reflect librarians’ experience with serving hitherto unserved populations in a variety of library settings. This bibliography selects some useful material for guidance in developing or upgrading services to patrons with special needs. The bibliography is in alphabetical order by author, and has a subject index at the end.
