Peter Quince at the Clavier During a series of job changes in 1914-15, Wallace Stevens wrote two of his most famous poems, "Peter Quince at the Clavier" (published in the magazine Others in 1915) and "Sunday Morning" (published in Poetry in 1915). These two poems, the earliest of his mature work, were later collected in Harmonium (1923).
