ABSTRACT
Originally addressed to “Members and friends of Wisconsin's gay and lesbian community,” this letter was written by Bricker, former liaison for Governor Anthony Earl, to that state's Council on Lesbian and Gay Issues, following Earl's loss of the gubernatorial election of November 1986 to Tommy Thompson. It was printed in Windy City Times in Chicago on January 8, 1987.
