ABSTRACT
This is the text of the presentation made to the Resolutions Committee of the ABA at its annual meeting in San Francisco by physician and medical professor Donald Lunde of Stanford, co-author of Fundamentals of Human Sexuality, in support of a proposed resolution calling on all states to pass “consensual sex” legislation. It was one of two “pro” statements given at this time, the other given by Sheriff Richard Hongisto of San Francisco. No opposing statements were aired at the committee hearing.
