ABSTRACT
This chapter summarizes the most recent information available on another major type of career assessment, Career Planning Systems (CPSs). CPSs are designed to not only measure but facilitate an individual’s career development. A CPS is an integrated and interactive package of materials designed to help an individual further his or her career planning.
