ABSTRACT
The concept of time perspective is a rather ambiguous one, and its integration in behavioral sciences is still very limited. Therefore, we will first try to specify its theoretical status and identify the processes involved. This will show us how the intentional objects of cognitive and motivational processes define the content of the temporal perspective, while their inherent ‘temporal signs’ constitute its time dimension.
