ABSTRACT
Our operational definition of time perspective, as described in the preceding chapter, advocates a two-steps measurement technique. First, a sample of objects that interest or motivate subjects has to be collected; second, these objects are to be situated on a temporal scale in order to measure the extension and other aspects of a subject's time perspective. Only the method for measuring future time perspective will be described here.
