ABSTRACT
Needless to say, out of the richness of Dr. Whitaker’s presentation, I can only include a very few points in my discussion, and I can imagine that a different discussant probably would include very different points. His style is highly personal, idiosyncratic, and very difficult to describe, and therefore difficult to discuss.
