ABSTRACT
The cognitive neuropsychological approach is one that draws liberally on empirical analyses of the behavioural components developed in cognitive psychology; at the same time it is an endeavor to understand the abberent behaviour resulting from brain injury. This chapter is an attempt to further develop a cognitive neuropsychological model of the processing system that mediates normal limb praxis and helps us account for apraxia.
