ABSTRACT
As interest mounts in substance abuse prevention programs for youth and as the breadth and diversity of resiliency enhancement efforts in prevention programming emerge, schools and agencies are likely to seek support for such initiatives. This chapter examines both foundation and government support in the area of substance abuse.
