ABSTRACT
George Miller has laid out an interesting and fundamental problem in language comprehension. My intention is to take seriously his question of whether Soar can help him with the problem of sense resolution. Before I can do that, however, I need to rephrase the problem a bit in terms that are more useful to developing my response.
