ABSTRACT
Child development goes hand in hand with the child's communicative interaction with adult members of society who have internalized some notions of cultural manuals on childrearing and act them out intentionally or unintentionally. Inevitably, then, child growth amounts to or interlocks with socialization and enculturation in a particular society.
