ABSTRACT

Groups of six are set up with one person role-playing a client and one person serving as an observer. The other four are to role-play being one therapist. They do this by taking turns asking one question each after the first question. Each subsequent question must be related, in some way, to the previous response/answer. The observer’s task is to keep track of how the therapist’s questions are related to the previous response/answer. Furthermore, they are to watch for differences between Part One and Part Two. (Part Two can either be explained now or at the end of Part One.)
