ABSTRACT
One of the more interesting types of clients to work with are adolescents and their parents. By the time most families reach my office the battle lines are well drawn. The parents often have well-developed cases of righteous indignation and the adolescent is convinced, that the parents will never understand him/her. These cases can be among the most enjoyable or dreaded of the week.
