Religious Issues, Great Apes and Human Nature

Practitioners, theologians, ¹ denominations, sects and major religious institutions engage in thought experiments and quests to express in meaningful ways the essential elements of belief and tradition. Commonly two goals are comprehensiveness and coherence. Comprehensiveness is the quest to be as inclusive as possible in the scope of belief and teachings, and coherence is the quest to integrate multiple and diverse aspects of belief into a logical or rational whole.
