ABSTRACT
Recent reviews of school-based substance abuse prevention research indicate that a variety of prevention activities have been inplemented in schools throughout the country. This review classifies prevention programs into one of five educational domains: cognitive, affective/interpersonal, behavioral, environmental and therapeutic. Research findings for each domain are discussed.
