ABSTRACT
Children can learn a lot about the process of producing art through the example of artists like Henry Moore: in his copious drawings and embracing interest in the sculpture of other cultures and periods of time and in the importance he placed on drawing in his work as a ‘help towards making sculpture … as a means of generating ideas … and developing them’.
