ABSTRACT
The United Mission to Nepal (UMN), established in 1954, is an NGO comprising over forty Christian organizations from eighteen nations which have agreed to work in unity under a single administration with a common purpose. The UMN supports various programmes to strengthen the capability of local communities to manage their own development by providing human and financial resource and training on the basis of agreements with His Majesty’s Government of Nepal (HMGN).
